November Featured Artist - Annie Long
This is Annie's first oil painting, she is very dedicated to learning, painting and has a real interest in art history. For instance, in this still life painting she took a cue from art history and placed a landscape beyond the drapery and it changed the dynamics of entire painting. The still life she painted has a mysterious and other worldly feeling but it's grounded in reality through the distant landscape.
